Asian Alliance Radiation & Oncology (AARO) is a Singapore Oncology Specialist Group focusing on targeted and non-invasive technologies for cancer treatment.
AARO established Singapore’s first independent Radiotherapy Practice in 2015, led by highly-trained and experienced radiation oncologists from the National Cancer Center Singapore, who also developed the first Stereotactic Radiosurgery (SRS) and Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT) programs in Spine, Prostate, and Liver cancers in South-East Asia.
AARO also provides general oncology services focusing on wellness, prevention, cancer survivorship and specialised programs to manage cancer treatment side effects.
Today, with a multidisciplinary team of oncologists and healthcare professionals from various Cancer Centers in Singapore who are well-versed in the latest cancer treatments and trends, AARO is able to provide best practices and care for our patients.

More than a decade ago, AARO Specialists started the first prostate SBRT programme in Singapore and Southeast Asia. Today, we're taking that expertise into the future.
We're partnering with AiRato Inc. (Japan) to train AI models on real anonymised clinical data — so that the highest quality of SBRT planning can be preserved and scaled across our partner centres.
