The Center for Stereotactic Radiosurgery (CSR) in Singapore is one of the First Two Centres in Asia-Pacific and the First in Southeast Asia to Go LIVE with Elekta ONE Planning

The Center for Stereotactic Radiosurgery (CSR), an integrated oncology centre operated by Asian Alliance Radiation & Oncology (AARO), is the first site in Southeast Asia to go live with Elekta ONE Planning, Elekta’s next-generation treatment-planning solution for precision radiotherapy.

This milestone marks a bold step forward in the evolution of cancer care across the region. Through a seamless transition from Pinnacle TPS—without the need to remeasure full beam data—and featuring cutting-edge capabilities such as AI-powered contouring and GPU-based dose calculation, CSR successfully implemented Elekta ONE Planning clinically. The Centre has since treated more than 10 patients using plans created with the new platform, delivered via SBRT and VMAT, a testament to CSR’s leadership in precision and innovation in advanced radiotherapy.

Dr. Daniel Tan, Founder and Director of CSR and AARO, underscored the transformative role of technology and AI in cancer care. Dr. Tan said:
